Supervisory board

The Supervisory board, whose composition and operating procedures are laid down in Articles 3 and 4 of the Foundation’s constitution, appoints the members of the Board responsible for running the Foundation and acts as an oversight body. It is made up of 15 members, divided into 4 colleges. Members are appointed for a renewable four-year period. The committee elects a Chairperson from among its members, again for a four-year period, who is responsible for convening meetings and overseeing the discussions.
The president, elected during the supervisory board of july 2015 is M. Jean-Jacques Augier. The board also name a vice-president that can replace the president. The vice-president is Ms Carine Camby.
The Supervisory Board is composed of 15 members, divided into 4 colleges:
- the partner organisation college (7 members),
- the qualified figure college (6 members),
- the staff college (one permanent member and one stand-in),
- the Friends of the Foundation college (1 member);
