Chaired by one of the members of the supervisory board, the finance and remuneration committee is responsible for the preparation and execution of the Foundation's budget, and for transmitting all information concerning the budget and account situation to the Supervisory Board.
It meets five times a year in order to prepare the budget and the accounts closing.
