As a consultative body, the Ethics committee will issue opinions and recommendations on the definition and implementation of an ethical policy that reflects the values and identity of the Foundation.

Vice President Marie-Laure COQUELET, Doctor and professor of private law, professor at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas, former vice-chancellor of the universities of Paris ;
Bernard BAERTSCHI, Lecturer and researcher at the Institute of Biomedical Ethics, Department of Philosophy, University of Geneva ;
Michèle GENDREAU-MASSALOUX, State Counselor, former Rector of the Paris Academy, former spokesperson for the French Presidency ;
Jean-Richard CYTERMANN, Ethics officer of the FMSH, ex officio member.
Areas
As the guardian of the consistency of the Foundation's principles, the Ethics Committee will issue, with complete independence and objectivity, opinions and recommendations on ethical and deontological issues raised by the Foundation's activities and operations.
The committee will primarily operate in 4 areas :
Identification and prevention of ethical risks in a broad context (tax evasion, lobbying, respect for human rights, health and safety, environmental impacts, confidentiality of personal data, remuneration of executives, etc.) ;
Preventing conflicts of interest and non-compliance with ethical principles in contractual choices and the acceptance of donations ;
Assessing ethical breach situations ;
Monitoring the implementation of actions to prevent risks and conflicts of interest.
