The IRSES is only open to experienced researchers.
In the framework of the IRSES Program, setting up research sub-programs is done by co-opting researchers or teams that are established in their field.
The IRSES evaluates program proposals according their compatibility with its objectives and certain confidentiality criteria that may be required.
