Some of the FMSH’s programs touch on almost all the social sciences and call for the participation of researchers of various nationalities.
This is the case of the International Program for Advanced Studies, which gives researchers the chance to work within small international groups that meet for three to four month periods.
Created to help improve Mobility, the same goes for the Programme de Directeurs d’Etudes Associés (DEA) (Associate Study Directors Program), which is also open to researchers of all nationalities.
Two other original programs fall under the framework of these initiatives:
- Programme International d'Aide aux bibliothèques de recherche (International Support Program for Research Libraries)
- Cellule de valorisation des IFRE (Unit for IFRE Enhancement)
