The Board
The Board is composed of 25 members divided into three bodies. 1- Ex officio members including representatives of the State and public research institutions that fall under the Foundation’s scope; 2- Members replacing the founder; and 3- Individuals co-opted by the Board for their scientific expertise and experience.
Executive Committee
The Executive Committee includes the president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. The administrator is considered an ex officio member.
Finance Commission
The Finance Commission prepares financial reports for the Board. It is composed of 4 members, which are elected from the board. The treasurer and administrator are ex officio members of this body.
The Board’s Scientific Commission
The Scientific Commission of the Board includes heads of organizations with research centers located on the Foundation’s property, the administrator, and 3 members elected from the Board.
