Supporting research in the human and social sciences and promoting its diffusion

The Fondation Maison des sciences de l’homme is an institution of public interest.  For over 40 years, it has held a privileged position in research in the human and social sciences in France and abroad.

Through its initiatives and action, the Foundation helps scientists from various institutions and geographical horizons cooperate in innovative projects covering all the human and social sciences.

The Foundation also strives to be a resource center for researchers (research library, hosting facilities, computer resources, etc.) as well as an active structure for diffusing and promoting their work (publishing house, online bookshop, audiovisual archives, scientific events, etc.).

Joining forces with the FMSH means helping it to continue pursuing its missions and thereby:
- reinforce the role and influence of French research abroad,
increase scientific exchanges between geographical areas
promote the professional future of young researchers.
Your support is key for developing knowledge and forming responsible citizens.
