The Report of the 1st Vox Internet seminar, "Internet Gouvernance: common Facts and Rights" was published at the end of 2005 (FMSH publ.). This piece of work  reached a large audience, in academic and other circles interested in the topic. The next step has been to build a 3-years research program involving 3 partners : ENS-LSH, FMSH-thematic programmes and Ecole des Mines de Paris-CSI. It received a funding by the French National Agency for Research. The programme Vox Internet II is organized around a private seminar, public workshops and co-organization of events. The current web site www.voxinternet.org  is bringing a lot of news about Internet Governance issues.
