:: Chair in Indian Economic Studies

In coordination with its India and Southeast Asia Programme and in keeping with the aim to deepen the knowledge about India in France, FMSH has joined with Institut d’Études Politiques (Sciences po.) to create a Chair in Indian Economic Studies, with the support of Chanel and the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR).

This chair is intended for specialists in the Indian economy with an analytic perspective. It is aimed at advancing research and study of the challenges related to, inter alia, poverty, demographics, the impact of globalisation on the Indian economy, industrial and commercial issues, trade and development.
