Services offered to users include the following:
- Connection to the local network and configuration of the connection (for all users of the local network). To request a network connection and configuration.
- Repair and assistance: only for FMSH staff and researchers. To request help.
- Purchasing computer materials: only for FMSH staff and researchers (via a trading group).
- Distribution of antivirus programs: for all network users. The FMSH is a member of the National Program of Antivirus Software Purchasing of the Ministry of Higher Learning and Research.
- Purchasing and installing of office suite software: the FMSH is a member of the Select initiative of the Ministry of Higher Learning and research and Microsoft. This service is limited to FMSH staff and researchers.
- Purchasing and installing application software for which the Committee of University Networks approved two pricing agreements with the Groupe Logiciels. This service is limited to FMSH staff and researchers.
- Set-up and maintenance of a Training room.
- Set-up and maintenance of a Computer Lab.
- Set-up and maintenance of a Visioconference room
